StayX Apartments

StayX Apartments is an aparthotel in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, offering self-catering studios and apartments that each have a private bathroom, a kitchen and air conditioning. The four units range from a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony and room for up to three guests to a 20 m² single room, plus two studios with a large king-size bed for two. Every unit has soundproofing, a washing machine and a bath, and the balcony apartment looks onto the garden, the city or the inner courtyard. Free WiFi covers all areas.

Practical services include private check-in and check-out, a lift, daily housekeeping, a minimarket on site, room service, luggage storage and 24-hour security. StayX Apartments offers four self-catering units, from a single room to a one-bedroom apartment and two studios. Every unit has a private bathroom with a bath, a kitchen, air conditioning, soundproofing and a terrace, and all four share the same kitchen and laundry equipment, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and electric kettle.

The single room, at 20 m², is the only unit for one guest and has a garden-view terrace. The Apartment with Balcony is the only unit with a balcony, a separate bedroom and views of the garden, the city or the inner courtyard, and it sleeps up to three. The two studios suit two guests, with a large king-size bed, a private entrance and a terrace; the Queen Studio shares that layout with the Studio with Spa Bath.

Guests have a lift, 24-hour security, CCTV in the common areas and key card access, along with private check-in and check-out, luggage storage and currency exchange. Daily housekeeping, dry cleaning, a minimarket on site and room service cover everyday needs, and family rooms are available. Free public parking is possible on site without a reservation.

Inside the units, the kitchen has a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and dining table, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are in the unit, so you can cook and do laundry without leaving. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath, a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries, and the rooms also offer a desk, a seating area, soundproofing and extra long beds over two metres.

WiFi is free in all areas, and pets are allowed, although charges may apply. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area add space to sit outside.

StayX Apartments is in District 7, the planned Phu My Hung area about 4.7 km south of the city centre, and the SECC exhibition centre is also in the district. The setting is residential, and the nearest cafés and restaurants are 50 m away, among them the Starbucks-Hung Phuoc, the Nhà Hàng Hàn Quốc Lee Cho and the Pasteur Street Brewing Company. Park View Hưng Vượng 2 is 200 m away, Sài Gòn Wonderland 450 m and 23/4 Park 550 m, and the Bãi Thả Diều kite-flying field is 950 m away.

The Saigon Railway Station is 6.5 km away and Tan Son Nhat International Airport 9.6 km, so a taxi or ride-hailing car is the simplest way to reach the property from either. The Bến xe buýt Sài Gòn and Bến xe Sài Gòn bus stations are both 4.5 km away, and the Sai Gon Hydrofoil Terminal is 4.4 km. Parking is free and available on site.
